After more than a year and a half, Motorola released its second ThinkPhone - the ThinkPhone 25. Inspired by the renowned Lenovo ThinkPad series, this device combines timeless elegance and durability. A plastic frame, aramid fiber rear shell, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for the front ensure the device can withstand various environmental hazards. The plastic frame and aramid fiber combine are lightweight, yet tough, while the Gorilla Glass 7i is twice as better in terms of drops and scratch resistance compared to the Gorilla Glass 5. With an IP68 certification, the ThinkPhon 25 resists water, dust, and dirt submersion for up to 30 minutes. A MIL-STD-810H certification is also in tow.

The ThinkPhone 25 is built around a 6.36-inch pOLED display with a resolution of 1220 x 2670 px and 460 ppi. The 10-bit display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and delivers a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The LTPO backplane supports up to a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate with a touch sampling rate of up to 300 Hz. The display is also SGS Low Blue Light and SGS Motion Blur Reduction certified. The immersive on-device experience is aided by the dual Adolby Atmos-certified speakers.

The ThinkPhone 25 has three rear cameras, each with PDAF support. The main one employs a Sony LYT-700C sensor with an f/1.8 lens and OIS. The second is a 13MP ultra-wide snapper with Macro Vision, a 120-degree FoV, and an f/2.2 aperture. The third rear camera is a 10MP telephoto one with 3x optical zoom, OIS, and an f/2.0 aperture. The selfie camera uses a 32MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

The smartphone is based on a Dimensity 7300 5G chipset with a 2.5GHz octa-core CPU and a Mali-G615 GPU. It is paired with 8GB of LPPDR4X RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
