Lava Agni 3 5G is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The promo materials mention Dimensity 7300X but the CPU's clock rate is the same as the one on the regular Dimensity 7300 and no other details are provided as to designate the exact differences between the two. That's why we will stick to the traditional Dimenity 7300 designation. This chipset has a 2.5GHz octa-core CPU and a dual-core Mali-G615 GPU. It is paired with 8GB of quad-channel LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 3200 MHz and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. No option for expanding the memory but you can virtually expand the RAM with up to 8GB. The chipset's work is aimed by a 5000 mm² VC cooling area as part of a copper-plated 9-layer heat dissipation module.

The camera department of the Lava Agni 3 5G is headed by a 50MP Sony camera with OIS, autofocus, a 6-element lens, and 4K video recording. It is adjoined by an 8MP telephoto unit and an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, each with a 5-element lens. A 16MP Samsung selfie camera resides on the front.
