Vivo iQOO 13 joined the slew of the most powerful smartphones today based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It was announced a day earlier than its sibling from a sister brand - the OnePlus 13. While they do share some features in common, the iQOO 13 feels more premium. It has an IP68 and IP69-rated design plus two special editions inspired by the brand's cooperation with BMW M Motorsport - the Legendary Edition and the Track Armored Edition. The iQOO 13 display is almost the same as the OnePlus 13 display but offers a 144Hz dynamic refresh rate. We already mentioned the chipset, however the iQOO model lacks a 24GB RAM version. On the other hand, positioned as a gaming smartphone, the iQOO 13 arrives with a more powerful cooling system and an additional in-house developed Q2 gaming chip. The battery is slightly larger at 6150 mAh with a tad faster charging capability - 120W and 3rd Gen Silicon anode technology. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo iQOO 13 has three 50MP rear cameras and a 32MP selfie one. While the selfie camera seems to be the same as the one used by the OnePlus 13, the rear cameras use different sensors. The main unit employs a Sony IMX921 sensor with a 1/1.56" optical format and a 1.00 μm pixel size. It is paired with an f/1.88 lens and is aided by OIS. The telephoto camera uses a Sony IMX816 sensor with a 1/2.93" optical format and a 0.64 μm pixel size. The ultra-wide camera is most likely using the Samsung ISOCEL JN1 sensor and has a 119° FoV and an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera island has an RGB Flash ring with 72 light effects.

The Vivo iQOO 13 is fitted with two War Drum waterproof stereo speakers, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, an infrared sensor, and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The device runs on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 and supports Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.4. The starting price of the device is CNY 3999.
